Return and refund policy
We want every HotCatzzle customer to be completely happy with their purchase. If something isn't right, here's what you need to know.
Return window
We accept returns within 30 days from the date you received your order. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a return or refund.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
Unused and in the same condition as when received.
In the original packaging with all tags intact.
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
Non-returnable items
Items that have been used, opened, or show signs of wear.
Personalized or custom-made products.
Items purchased during sales or clearance events (unless defective).
Gift cards.
How to start a return
Email us at thecatzzle@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 48 hours with instructions on where to send your item.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as HotCatzzle is not responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the credit.
Defective or incorrect items
If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact us immediately at thecatzzle@gmail.com with photos of the product. In these cases, we will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
