Shipping policy

At HotCatzzle, we ship worldwide so every cat lover can get their hands on our products, no matter where they are.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Estimated delivery times

All orders are delivered within an estimated 15 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, and customs processing.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. We occasionally run free shipping promotions — subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media to stay in the loop.

Customs and import duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. HotCatzzle is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Lost or stolen packages

HotCatzzle is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If this happens, please contact your local post office first, then reach out to us at thecatzzle@gmail.com and we'll do our best to assist you.
